1. Please be informed that there will be a General Meeeting for all abovementioned as below:

          Meeting :  PPMD Sentul Scouters Council
          Location :  Bilik Gerakan, SMK Maxwell (Behind Dynasty Hotel, Jln. Ipoh)
          Date       :  Thursday, 28th June 2012
          Time       :  14:30hours / 2:30pm

2. Please note that attendance is compulsory. The Sentul District Education has issued letters to require (mewajibkan) all schools to attend.

    3.1.   Welcoming address by Sentul District Education officer
    3.2.   Opening address by State Commissioner, followed by latest briefing
    3.3.   Election of Office bearers
    3.4.    Committees:
            - By Law/Finance/Programs/Training/PR/Admin
    3.5.    Subscriptions
    3.6.   Division of District into Scout Centers
    3.7.   Setting of Annual Programs for Scouts
    3.8.   Setting of Annual Training schedule for adults
    3.9.   Sentul District Camp 2012
